The gentleman who came to clean our carpet was fantastic. His name was Keith B. and he made our carpet look new again. The product used along with the steam was fantastic. Carpet was dry within 6 hours. I had a large coffee stain that was a week old and there isn't a trace of stain left. I loved the carpet again!!
They do a great job and are very professional.
Too many instructions of moving light furniture and having to vacuum all carpets before, other companies moved the small items of furniture, small chairs, tables etc, not heavy pieces obviously. On the day the guy told me my bedroom was considered oversized and therefore counted as two rooms, I said no as I was never told that. Two of my carpets still had small stains that I actually removed with resolve by myself afterwards. I also felt the company is overpriced compared to others I’ve used.

Nicholas was fantastic… he showed up right on time and went right to work. He made our couch look and smell brand new which is a miracle because we have a black lab and a little mutt that basically live on the couch.
I love that they use no chemicals whatsoever. E will definitely recommend and use this company again.

Hi good morning. Yes we had our carpets cleaned for three rooms. First heard on KNIX that it was $128.00 and then it wasnt it was addtional $15.00. Then gentlemen informed it was addtional $35.00 to scotch guard each carpet. Then it was additional $25.00 for our master closet which is small. I have used you all over the years and never ever been so disappointed. When I made the origional call something for all these add on charges should of been addressed. Then I could of chose to wait till I had all the monies. Kind of put us in an owkard situation. Then the traffic area from hall to bathroom ( why I origionally asked you to come out ) did not get clean. So disappointed and I have referred your company over the years to many other families.
Jacob, the technician was very professional. However, I was extremely disappointed with the end result. We had ZeroRez clean the tile floors at work and they looked fantastic which I why I decided to use your service. When the tech arrived with what looked like a small home cleaner, I know immediately that I wasn't going to get the same wonderful results we got at the office.
After completion, my floors, looked pretty much the same as they did before the cleaning. Jacob informed me that my grout was brown and not white, therefore, it didn't lift. I was under the impression that the sealer would seal the floor to protect from everyday routine water spills and footprints (we don't wear outside shoes in the house). I could have saved hundreds of dollars by cleaning the floors myself for the same or even better results I spent the entire day Sunday on my hands and knees spot washing the floor. I thought there would be a coating that would repel water stains, etc. I feel like I was really ripped off for the result and would never recommend anyone paying hundreds of dollars for service they could do themselves without having to move heavy furniture and disrupt the household.
The entire experience was very disappointing and stressful. But I learned an expensive lesson.
The price was very high. I didn't expect miracles but for what I paid for the upholstery cleaning, it was exorbitant. The pet treatment was also very expensive.

While my bedroom carpets looked good, the rug did not seem to get very clean.
No nasty chemicals or smells.Good service.
Technician was ahead of schedule and very polite and pleasant.
The carpets looked fantastic, but the tile did not. Our technician was very open about how the service on the tile would not assist with efloresence in the grout, which I was appreciative to learn about. But the cleaning of the tile left streaks and soap build up on the actual tile, which I had to re-clean with a regular mop.
Prompt, very courteous and knowledgeable and our carpets and furniture look great.
The fact that soap residue is not left on the carpet.

I've used ZeroRez for years in 3 different states. I always choose them to clean my carpets, upholstery, etc. It is quality service, they always gets out any stain I've had and their techs have always been friendly, professional and effecient. At one house I was sure I was going to have to replace a berber carpet that had stains that we inherited with the house. Surprise! They got the carpet so clean I don't need to replace at all.
the floor was very dull. I found dirt spots on the floor. Nor would I like your service nor would I ever recommend your service to my friends
