I am 95 years old and in poor health. The one thing you could do for me is to provide men to move the furniture from the rooms to be cleaned. It is not always possible for me to get help in this problem and so I put off cleaning for a longer time than I would like to. Other than that, I find your service to be great and needs no improvement.

Courteous technician, no mess and clean carpets.
The carpet cleaning was great, as usual. This is the first time I had tile/grout cleaned in the master bathroom. Whatever equipment they use does not get the grout along the enges (baseboards) or corners. I did not really see a difference in the grout at all, so will probably not use this again. But absolutely love the way the carpets came out!
Hoses laying on the ground between the truck and the house should be cleaned (wiped off) between jobs. This is the second time that we've had black marks left on the stairway carpet where the hoses rubbed and left black, dirty marks on the clean, wet carpet.
My carpet tech was top notch. You are lucky to have him.
Carpet looks, feels and smells fresh. I love how soft and fluffy it feels.
The care taken by Harold and D'Angelo to determine IF a rug could be cleaned based on the fiber and type of weave, was impressive. There was no, "We're here. We'll do it." Our satisfaction, and the care of the rug were all a high priority.

The operator was very cordial and accommodating, but the carpet is streaked and looks like the steam was recycling the dirt coming from the carpet. The carpet is now all streaked.
Your tech Sonny and his assistant were excellent they had great customer service and did a awesome job .

I had my couch and recliners cleaned by zerorez and couldn't be happier! They look like they're brand new. The technician got here on time, was very pleasant and completed the job quickly. Unfortunately, the walk-in closet I was billed for looks no better than it did before the cleaning, and there are spots on places on the family room carpet that are still darker than the rest.
I noticed that in the past, when ZeroRez has cleaned my carpets it took up to two, full days for the carpet to dry.
This time, the carpet was dry within hours.
