We noticed that quite a few of our neighbors use Zerorez, so we decided to give them a call when it was time to get our carpets cleaned. The young man that came to our home was very pleasant, promt and informative. He did a great job and the carpets look like new. We also found out they do tile floors and shower stalls....a plus! We'll definitely be calling them again.

Customer service on the phone was inviting & easy to get an idea of the cost. Our Tech-James did a GREAT JOB in explaining the best options to meet our goals in cleaning our carpet, more importantly how hard James worked in getting every area clean to the max potential. Well I don't like the way you all price everything out separately for halls and closets. It would be better if it was just a set price based on rooms closets and hall shouldn't count.
