No offensive smell, nothing to be allergic to, get to do test spot to make sure it meets expectations, excellent job, staff was very personable & communicated well, on time, very impressed!

My carpet is not clean. The walk areas still have spots. I tried to call so that someone can come out and see it before I put my furniture back. I got a recording saying if I know the extension of my party to enter that. I never had an extention. You all made me look like a total idiot because I kept insisting on using your company when my niece wanted to go with Stanley Steamer. This is not good.....
I love how the carpet is soft after and no shampoo residue.

So far, numerous carpet stains came out! Service was great and we even added on extra places. If carpets continue to look this good, we will be calling soon for the rest of the house!
I chose zerorez because the website says they use proprietary technology that leaves my floors less wet…but it’s a typically cleaning where they flood your floors with solution and then mop it up.
My grout is definitely cleaner but it’s a far cry from the before and after pictures online. There were also areas that residue was left so I had to go through and throughly mop to remove the residue.
All in all, okay not ground breaking. Would definitely rather support a small business in the future since nothing is special about zerorez‘s method.

Complete areas missed. Noticeable after it dried. I spent the next two days trying to get the edges cleaned as all the dirt and grime was pushed to the sideboards where the natural stone/travertine was clean. Post stone clean I was then told I’d need to reschedule to have it sealed and it’s more susceptible to stains and wear & tear by just cleaning it. :(
Also an entire section of carpet was left untreated and an area in the front room that is STILL is wet.I’ve ran full heat and also A/C on it. It’s still wet. If I’m spending close to 1,000 on floors I’m not certain why I’m up Sunday morning still cleaning and finding areas that weren’t even vacuumed. Much less cleaned. In both carpet and stone area. Caution regarding the sub extraction. Cation needs to be built into pricing as I’m paying double for what I was quoted. Since the marketing doesn’t include much.

I was very pleased and shocked that all the old doggy stains came out! Chris was very informative and explained the process of what he’d be doing to the carpets. Everything smells great! Carpets look very good for being 14 years old. Chris was willing to wear a mask while in my home too and I appreciated that. I’d recommend Zerorez to friends and family.
