Alex was the perfect person for the job. He listened carefully to my concerns and worked very hard to remove spots and give me a clean carpet.

Great job, both tile and rug look great.
The tech did a good job and my only criticism would be that we are over 48 hours out on the carpet cleaning and there are parts of the carpet that still aren't dry. We have run fans for the last 48 hours to speed the process. I nthink things will be dry enough to walk on by this evening.
Do not over soak carpet. Communicate well.

The technician was professional, well groomed, prompt, explained the procedures, and my aging carpet looks very good for a 25 year old carpet. I definitely would use him again.
Jez was friendly, thorough and professional. I will certainly request ZeroRez and would prefer to have the same technician. My only critique is that sanitary shoe covers are always worn indoors and that he’s a bit more careful about nicks in the furniture. I have a minor repair needed in in an irreplaceable piece. The cleaning system that is used is brilliant and I’m very pleased with the results.
