I have used Zerorez a few times before with our rental properties or my client's (I am a realtor and property manager). I was thrilled with the results! This area rug of ours though, looks much, much worse. It's like dirty water was spread all over the rug and even the parts that were under a table the whole time, so basically new, looked dingier. I am sick about it. First off, when I called in December, I was given a much lower price and was told that that was usually the price. Now, in January, the cost was much higher. I would have had the rug (and tile, etc.) done in December if I knew the price was to escalate so much. As far as I'm concerned, my area rug is ruined and I could have bought a new rug for the same price as I paid to have it cleaned. You are coming back out on Monday; if that doesn't work, I will either want my money back or a credit to have my tile cleaned. I will need to buy a new rug at that point. That's how you can make things right. My daughter came over today and agreed that the rug looked worse. I'm just sick about it.

I really like the communication. Technicians are always friendly and knowledgeable. They take care to clean up after themselves.

That there is no residue left in carpet.

Our technician, Trayon B., was excellent! He was very personable and did an outstanding job on our carpet. We will request his service again the next time around. Zerorez also gives a military discount which is a nice bonus.

Price is great--They clean all the carpets in my warehouse offices and get every stain out beautifully. The tech is professional and so fast! They accommodate the times we need them to come out and are on time or early every time- And best of all the carpet is dry within a few hours. Pricing is too high. Offer better deals. I.e. Three 5x7 area rugs for $150-200. Price is what would keep me from recommending to others. Love results of the cleaning that I have had done in the past. Love that there are no chemical residues.

This is a great service to use for carpet cleaning. The scheduling set up was easy when I called. The pricing options are reasonable. Anthony who showed up to do the service was professional, timely and courteous. All of their additional deep cleaning pet/stain services were explained and fees laid out before the service. Highly recommend. No issues and the results are fantastic. Zero res-ervations about recommending.
