Booking was very easy and very informative, the service was great, great customer service, they were on time, professional, very easy to work with, quick, thorough and I am very pleased, I will be calling back to reschedule for next year's annual service!

I was in a rush and did not have the time to measure myself or ask any questions but it is more than twice what I anticipated.
Good quality work & nice people
The time of arrival was to be 1-3 pm, which I will never schedule this late in the day again, as we spent the day with the furniture moved, waiting. I called your company at 12:30 am. to see if they were going to arrive at 1:00 or not. They assured me technician would arrive at 1 p.m. An hour and half later at 2:35 I called again, and they told me he was on his way and it would be 20 minutes, LOL very disappointing to be told one thing and then another. The technician did a good job and was very courteous, but will never again schedule late in the afternoon, not convenient.

I only use Zerorez for my carpet cleaning! I just had them clean the carpet on my rental that probably has carpet 12 years old and they made it look great! I was very pleased!!!
