I am very pleased with your services. The technician did a great job. He was on time and very efficient. But I am unhappy about the cost this time. I had called to take advantage of your sale. But did not get the sale price. Also the girl on the phone said it was 30.00 each room for protection but I was charged 35.00 each room.

Candace went over and above to help me secure my favorite Zerorez tech and he - once again - did an amazing job. He (Paul) is the ONLY reason that I can justify spending $530+ dollars on cleaning my carpet. He's polite, excellent at cleaning my curved double staircase, and treats my home as if it were his. Thanks to Candace and Paul for all of their help and support. With both of them working for your company, and available to help me, I will be back to do the rest of my house in a couple of months! Service was not bad for what the company provides. Tech asked me to pay him out of pocket for spot cleaning. He stated that if I pay him instead of the company, he will give me a discount. He also stated that he used company products to do it instead of his own. I ended up paying to have the spot treatment done but I felt uncomfortable being asked to pay him directly instead of going through the company which I hired. I feel this is not honest practice especially since he is not using his own products. I want to make the company aware of this since it did make me feel uncomfortable and pressured to accept his offer. I would not want him to make any other customer feel this way.
I am not happy to make this complaint but I feel the right thing to do let your company know. I am more than happy to give more details if needed. Overall his service was good and he was very friendly.

Cody was super friendly and helpful. Always impressed with Service that "goes the extra mile"! We have a lot of pet stains & the carpet has never been cleaned better. Would highly recommend!
I like how respectful you guys for no shoes (shoe covers). Easy payment and like the quote. But idk if the carpet cleaning really got out our chocolate stain and the tile cleaning cleaned out grout (looks the same).

Your service is excellent and the technicians are friendly and professional. I would never consider using another carpet/upholstery cleaning company.
When I scheduled online there was no place to indicate / request a technician wear a mask because we have a chemo patient in the house. The tech was nice about it when I met them at the door. But AZ covid numbers are really high again, so it would be helpful to request that online.
