Over 100 degrees outside and he left the front door wide open. Left some dirty spots and stated that was the best that could be done. Might try someone else next time. From arrival to departure was an hour. Had to ask for the booties as my bedridden wife is in the same room and will need to go over the carpet for her needs . I guess he was just anxious to go on vacation.

Hello - first, our tech was great. However, this is the second cleaning from Zerorez and our carpet is crunchy. The first time we had it done, it was worse but we thought we'd give it a second chance. This second cleaning, the carpet is still crunchy. Also, we had pet stains and they smell extremely bad. I mentioned to our tech that we paid $150 last time to have them treated and this time they were worse.

Our carpets, especially in the main area were so horrible as our older dog had a stomach ailment that caused diarrhea all over, They treated the whole house with a topical spray and it removed every single spot. Our carpets look AMAZING!! They have always done a great job. Zerorez technicians are always so polite and prompt. They don't oversell or try to get me to buy items I don't need or want.

The first cleaning was not good. There was a white milky substance on the grout. Harold came one week later to redo the tile and grout. He worked very hard and I am sure he did what he could with what he had to work with. The grout is now left with light and dark areas throughout. I have a floor that looks worse after two cleanings than it did before it was done. I can’t imagine how this can be remedied.
