I have used Zerorex since about 1998 while living in NV and would not use anything else. There is NO RESIDUE left on the carpet and that is HUGE. I hate walking on carpet that you can feel the residue that is left there. Plus the carpets are not soaked when they are done so it does not take long to dry which is great.
Again there isn’t anything better, for me anyway.
The techs who came to clean my carpet were very friendly and informative, they were on time and did the job very quickly. Thanks!

I like that it uses very little water. The scheduler was sweet and Tyson and his trainee were very nice and explained what they were going to do clearly. Tyson seemed very knowledgeable and the carpets turned out great, even the room that had heavy spains. Alex, trainee, seemed nice and attentive.

I had to tell the tech to clean it again in a 3 foot corner area that still looked dirty. First said there was nothing he could do.
