I'm very happy with the results.
The technicians are very thorough and knowledgeable. They do an excellent job of cleaning.
The ease of dealing with the company and how clean things came even though I don’t use the recommended pet treatment. There where no hidden fees everything was upfront, the price of things never changed. The staff from scheduling and dispatching to the people showing up to clean very friendly. The working with a last minute change to a differ t day I had to do was handled very nicely. I just can’t say enough good things that represent the service I received. I had nothing in the experience that could have been better.
I like everything about zerorez. we have used them down here in Sun City and also when we lived in Minnesota. I have just referred one of my friends to you.
'Tray' did a great job cleaning the carpets and tiled areas. He was quite polite, and friendly. My only problem is when I find one of your employees hard working and efficient, like Robert, the first person I had with your company, and request he return next time, the "receptionist" would promise to have him return but someone else would come with no excuse as to why Robert was not available.
I love that your services were easy to schedule and your tech was prompt and efficient. Also, our carpets look fantastic!
The communication is great and they deliver well on their services. We are happy with how our carpets look after the cleaning and they dry quickly. Cesar was very friendly and professional.

Our technician, Trevon, was very thorough. Some people rush through a job to get it out of the way more quickly, but not this guy. He gets every spot, every corner clean and looking its best.

Had our carpets steamed by Katy, and she did an amazing job. We are so pleased.
I called in the morning to add another room on the next-door house and the person I called into said no problem please tell the tech and then when the tech was told they called and said dispatch would not let them do it this was a 10x12 room.
Tyreek was on time, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The cleaning was completed on time and he did an excellent job.
The technician was super helpful and thorough. He got all the stains out of the carpet.
Technician was very friendly and love that they use corner guards. Carpets came out looking great!
1. Make it easier for a customer to select a time that works best for them.
2. Times are tough for everyone but passing on a fuel surcharge to customers who are themselves hit at the gas pump is too much.
3. Allow customers to purchase your protection coverage for high traffic areas (instead of entire rooms) for a smaller fee. You'd likely get more takers who would try it out.
Professionalism, quality and communication. Brandon, the technician reviewed all areas before he started and after completion. Told me of any issues during and after cleaning. Overall, it was a good experience with expected outcomes. Great job!

The carpet cleaner did a good job.
Technicians were on time and even patiently waited after I forgot my keys for the new property that was being cleaned. Floors were like-new after cleaning and it took even less time than I expected. Additionally the technician’s recommendation for a steam mop for our new tile floors was greatly appreciated.

My Tech was great. Not so happy you tacked on a fuel charge. If you are scheduling correctly you shouldn't have to make pay a fuel charge. No one advised me of your extra charges. I will def reconsider before I get my carpet cleaned again.
