The best carpet cleaning I have ever had! I will never use another so called carpet cleaning company since stains reappear after a short period of time. Excellent customer service! You are wasting your money if you use any other carpet company. It is everything they advertise and more! Kudos to Zerorez.
They do the job! They can make 25 year old white carpeting look brand new!
My carpet cleaning took 45 minutes from the time the man showed up until he left. This is the second time I’ve used your company was really happy the first time, but the second time was super disappointing. I don’t feel like there was much effort or time put into my carpet cleaning which cost me $330. Super disappointed.

Ramon is excellent. He was courteous and responsive to all our questions. He has a vast knowledge of the methods to clean carpets, couches and chairs. All the wine and food stains on the couch and carpet are gone. Great technique. Ramon was careful not to damage any walls or other obstacles in the areas he had to clean. When completed, the carpets looked like beautiful paintings with intricate designs. Superb!! We did not want to walk on the carpets or sit on the couches. They looked as new and clean as they did when they were first delivered. In the future we will always request Ramon to clean for us.
Scheduling was easy at the web site.
In the last six years Zerorex has cleaned our carpets and couches on four occasions. We will not utilize any other company.
