Cesar, our technician was very knowledgeable and professional. We were having some upholstery cleaned and he gave us several options. He was even willing to test clean one of the cushions to make sure we would be happy before he proceeded. He was very thorough and our couch and chair look almost like new.
My carpet looked great when your tech finished, very friendly quick and on time.

So many irritating points.
The tech arrived 15 min.early (not a problem if I would have known) & I was vacuuming when he came. He said he tried to reach me but no call, VM, text or email was on my phone when I checked later. No intrudiction of himself or apology to my husband or I.
He was impatient to get started & had the bedroom carpet sopping wet while I was finishing vacuuming the closet..
He was all finished is 35 min. , presenting the bill & ready to leave. I said that thus was the fastest carpet cleaning I had ever seen & I hoped that he did a good job. He said "I've been cleaning carpets for 16 years & if I can't get two bedrooms done in 30 minutes, I shouldn't be in this work. I finished my earlier houses way early".
I paid him in cash & gave him a tip (why? I don't know!) & he said "Sweet! More for me". No "thank you". And dashed out the door. Our carpets were really wet when I checked after he left.
I do not even know his name because he did not introduce himself & everything was so rushed that I didn't even think to ask. ZeroRez tech had zero customer service! All he cared about was getting in & out - & his tip (with no word of thanks).
We used your company several times at our previous house & techs were polite, took their time & did a careful job with attention to detail.
The one positive thing I can say is that our carpets feel soft & look OK.
Can you make this right? I don't think so. I do not ever want a ZeroRez tech in our house again because thus guy left such a strong negative impression.

I used your company previously and was very pleased with the results. This time, however, I was disappointed the quality of the service and the end result. It seemed from the start the tech kept saying how they couldn't guarantee that the grout would be clean or the carpet would clean up. Needless to say, I was not happy with the end results. Particularly for the cost of the service. I will think twice before using your company again. The tech the first time was very friendly and positive, while the tech this time was always saying what he couldn't do.

Zerorez was everything I hoped it would be and more! Thank you for the best customer service. I could not be more happy with the results. We truly appreciate the time taken to address the previous tenant dirt spots that became visible after treatment. You have made us enjoy our home all over again. We will definitely call Zerorez in the future.
We paid $366 with the bio treatment and our carpet still stinks. We called Zerorez because some of the dog pee smell was not coming out and needed professional help. We own a shampooer and clean our carpet regularly, and feel that the quality of work done was the same as if we did it ourselves. Please come redo it with the bio treatment. If not, please refund the money so we can get a different company out here. This location has really good reviews and we hope that you will stand by your quality of work.
