Ryan, was great, explained everything to me. My carpets look like new.
I liked that the carpet wasn't soaking wet for 8 hours later haha. It smelled good after being cleaned vs the normal past times getting cleaned by another company.

Your technician, Ryan, was fantastic.
The only issue was the time estimate for the carpet to dry, tech indicated 6-8 hours when it took over 24 with fans on it constantly. I think a better job of removing some of the extra moisture could have been done.

The customer services was friendly and accommodating.
The technician that arrived seems to be rushing the job and there were several stains that weren't removed and the technician didn't even consult us on the stains. We observed the stains after he had departed. If we are going to get services like this one, we might as well go with a less as expensive company where I will get similar service.

Fast and carpet look
We had our carpet cleaned and we were very satisfied. Ceasar was upfront and talked with us and showed us what products are used and he did his job!
