Zerorez does a very good job of cleaning the carpets. They are fast, and efficient. The carpets always look great when they are finished. They usually are good about not trying to upsell you once they arrive. This last time, they did push a bit for the protectant and I agreed, I just hope it is worth the money spent. The best thing about their service is they don't use a chemical that leaves the sticky crunchy residue.

I had to ask the carpet cleaner to do the master bedroom a second time. It didn't look much different than before he cleaned it. Once he redid it, it did look much better.

Our showers don’t look any cleaner. There was conditioner still on the wall after the left, that made it obvious that they did not do a thorough job. After spending $350 dollars on two showers, I expected better but they look no different. I don’t know that you guys did anything.

Received a call that technician Cody could be at my house early then scheduled if that would be fine with me. Cody was polite, friendly, respectful and willing to explain what he was doing. Equipment worked as planned. Very pleased and can highly recommend.

The service was excellent! The carpet looks great. Although the price ended up a bit higher than anticipated because two area rugs were also cleaned, the results exceeded expectations. The technician arrived early and provided explanations for the fees and patiently answered my questions. Tyson was pleasant, efficient, and really took care not to damage the wrought iron staircase in my home. Thank you for the service.
