Very professional.

The booking process was very easy. I received the right amount of reminders without it being overkill. My technician showed up right at the beginning of my quoted window and I received a 20 minute warning which was very helpful for putting pets up. He was very polite and professional and it took just over an hour to complete (I have a small house). He answered all my questions as well. Would definitely use or recommend again.

I was thrilled to book for next day service. It was such a blessing to get that task off of my to-do list. The technician was very friendly, on-time and efficient. My only complaint is that I was told we would receive a 10% discount since the invoice was over $700. At the end of the service, no discount was applied. I was very disappointed; $720 was far more than I was expecting to pay.

Tech was very efficient and friendly, but we thought that $17.50 to do a 2x7 runner was a little overpriced when the floor area of the bedrooms that were cleaned was quite small.

The technician called to approve an early arrival. He did a fantastic and thorough job on both our carpet and tile. His attention to detail was great, and we could not be happier with the results or the service we received from Zerorez! We will definitely use them again!
