Great service
Pointed out certain spots/stains on carpet but he never did them! Do not feel like this was the same zerorez that i have used before...very disappointed

Very helpful rep and great service
The service tech Nick Hartman showed up at 10am. My windows was between 10am and 12pm. I appreciate that he was there as scheduled. Nick was a top notch rep of the company very professional and it was obvious he knew what he was doing. He initially thought the job would take 1.5 hrs. It turned out to be twice that long. But he didn't complain and was as thorough as anyone could ask for.
Nick is the reason I will call Zerorez again when I need my carpets cleaned. Excellent work and the carpet looks fabulous.
Lage was great!
It's the clean way to get your carpets looking amazing. No hard carpet just soft and drys quickly. Technician in and out quickly and discount for 3 rooms. The edges of the carpet are clean too. Alot of other carpet cleaner use so much water that the dirty water stays on the edges and appears dark and dirty. It's all around the most reasonable for your money and the best for the carpet.
THE GENTLEMAN THAT CAME AND DID MY CARPET WAS VERY POLITE, PROFESSIONAL AND SO HELPING, I UNDERSTAND A PIECE OF MY CARPET WAS BAD AND I DID NOT EXPECT FOR IT TO LOOK BRAND NEW BUT HE SURE DID MAKE IT LOOK PRETTY CLOSE. SO I AM A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER. THIS IS THE 3 OR 4TH TIME I HAVE USED YOUR COMPANY AND WOULD RECOMMEND YOU ALL TO EVERYONE I KNOW.
