The way the carpet looks and feels and no chemical smell or crunchy carpet. We have a number of people in our church with severe allergies and now we don't have to worry about setting off an allergy attack in one of them.

I've always had a good experience with the technicians from zerorez except for this last time. I've only ever gotten my living room done and they usually talk to me for about 5-10 minutes to get my concerns and tell me what they think and then the cleaning itself usually lasts at least 30 minutes. This last time I got both my living room and bedroom done and the guy started right away without talking much and took less than 30 minutes for both rooms. There were black marks in the bedroom he couldn't get out that looked like just regular foot traffic and the living room didn't look as clean after as it has in the past. Usually after the tech leaves the carpet is wet for at least 3-4 hours but this time it dried in less than an hour so I wasn't sure if the carpet was saturated as well as it could have been. Just wanted to give my feedback about this certain technician just in case, everyone else has been great.
Tech was great. Carpet is very clean and all stains were removed.

We have always appreciated how our carpets look after being cleaned by Zerorez. If not done well on the first try, Zerorez seems to go out of their way to make us happy. We greatly appreciate the effort. There have been a few technicians that have stood out for their excellence. Harold Johnson is one of them. We wish we could clone him. He went above and beyond to make our carpets look brand new. Your company will always be highly recommended by us.

I liked how the men knew how to explain why certain stops on the carpet are so dark. They could explain the product that they used. They are efficient in cleaning and coming early and finishing up early.
