Brandon our tech was great. He explained the process asked about any problem area and went right to work. Afterwards had me do a walk around with him. The carpet looked great did a very nice job.

The employee was great, professional and respectful, the cleaning just did not meet expectations, leaving the high traffic dirt and grime. After the service, we used our own carpet cleaner and took a lot of dirt out, including the high traffic areas, making them match the rest of the carpet. We were trying to avoid hours of cleaning the carpet but ended up doing it anyway, after already spending the money to have it professionally cleaned.
Service person was very friendly and professional. He explained issues concerning our carpeting.

THE GENTLEMAN THAT CAME AND DID MY CARPET WAS VERY POLITE, PROFESSIONAL AND SO HELPING, I UNDERSTAND A PIECE OF MY CARPET WAS BAD AND I DID NOT EXPECT FOR IT TO LOOK BRAND NEW BUT HE SURE DID MAKE IT LOOK PRETTY CLOSE.
