Very courteous employees. Michael worked very hard to get all the carpets cleaned before 4pm.
The technicians are very polite on time and know there products. Will be making Zerorez a habit at my house.
The carpet dries faster than other companies I have used. Inlike that they sent a text ahead of time with the technicians name and a picture of him so I knew who was coming. They were polite and friendly. I have used them three times.

Last year when we had the carpets cleaned, the pet odors we were hoping to come out did. This time around the smell is even worse than before we cleaned it. I'm not sure what was done differently from last time, but this cleaning didn't have the effect I was hoping for.

Everything is a la carte. The cost is already double local cleaning companies. Although prices are listed on site. You can easily end up with $100 - $200 more than you initially estimated to spend once the associate comes out
