Jordan did a great job cleaning our carpet but while doing so he apparently dropped the metal part of the vacuum and took a chip out of one piece of tile. I was happy that he took $55.50 off our bill but would have felt better if there wasn't a chip in the tile. He was also a very nice guy, very personable. Great job!
When I called I told them I had 4 bedrooms, hallway, living & family rooms. Quoted a price. When the tech arrived he stated his order had 5 rooms. Once that was cleared up he proceeded to use his blue light identifying pet stains probably from years ago. My carpet is 30 years old. The price went up to $1200 which was ridiculous. We eventually agreed to the standard cleaning & an appropriate price, although he was done in one hour. The carpets are cleaner but the upselling turned me off.
Spots always come out of carpet! Caring technicians. Jesus was amazing. Great personality, hard worker and friendly. He was able to get greater stains put of my carpet. Zerorez is lucky to have such a personable, go getter! Jesus is one if a kind!!

We feel perhaps not enough time was put into extracting the cleaning solution out of the carpet. We have never had to wait as long for carpet to dry.
In one room the carpet was crunchy after it dried. We have heard your advertisements make the point that your product didn't leave a residue so no crunch.
Our experience has been that the carpet is groomed with a carpet rake after being cleaned and still damp. Your employee told us he was finished when we then asked him to groom the carpet which he then did.
We are only a little disappointed and puzzled.

My carpet was crunchy when it dried.. and it smelled like a wet dog.. nothing fresh and clean. Very disappointed to have spent $200.00. S much for the hype. I will not recommend your services to my neighbors.
