My carpet is always really clean when the technician is done. Spots are removed about which I was worried. The technicians are always very polite, answer all questions and provide excellent service.
Carpet really stays cleaner longer. Had an area that needed to be retouched... man was her next day cleaned to my satisfaction. Really the best mannered workers ever.

I like their cleaning process because it actually pulls and removes dirt. Also, the drying time is so much shorter so you have access to your space much sooner. Overall, a great service.

Fast and effective
Zerorez has always met my expectations and sometimes exceeded them. Their technicians are very professional, letting us know what they are doing and careful to protect corners and furniture from harm. They have removed tough food and traffic stains leaving the carpet looking like new.

Do yourself a favor and get zero rez once a year for your showers and carpets. Built up soap scum and mold prevention can only be done with steam and sealer. We couldn’t be happier with the results, especially on travertine!

O have never seen any carpet cleaning treatment that cleans anywhere near Zerorez. Also the technicians I have had have been friendly, courteous and helpful Prices are quite reasonable, also.
