The crew missed spots behind the doors in every single room I got cleaned. Not happy.
No water to clean up after cleaning carpets
We have Zerorez out to our home a couple times a year. We've had carpets, furniture and now tile cleaned. Every single time we are extremely happy with our results!!!

The tech was very kind and trust worthy. He took time to walk around and explain things. The only thing I wish he old us was that the carpet in our new rental home was a lost cause and that we should replace it instead of spending $1000 to clean it because cleaning will likely not do any good. It smells awful and looks the same.
We wasted $1000 that could of gone toward replacing the carpet.
This makes me so sad because, like everyone else, we are on a budget.
Quick and easy
Very satisfied with the job Spencer did in removing some very disturbing stains. The carpet looks almost like new. It is 11+ years old and each time Zerorez cleans it I am amazed at how nice it looks. Will continue to use them for cleaning this tired old carpet.

The booking process was easy and service was great. However there are still stains in the carpet after our carpets were cleaned and did not seem like the proper treatment/stain removers was used.
