Trey Stevenson was not only very friendly but he took pride in his work. And when you are getting you carpets cleaned you really hope they will look good after. He did the best job the carpets feel new again and stains are gone. I appreciate a company and Trey for not only making this a great experience but a job well done. You need to have more employees like him. And when we get our carpets done again I will be requesting Trey. Thank you for keeping your word in the price and still following through on doing the best job. I have to say this is the best company for carpet cleaning. First time I’ve used you but the last. I sincerely like the fact that Zerorez does not get the carpeting too wet. The carpeting is clean, and is fully dry within five hours.

There were some stains that it seems like the technician didn't even try to get out. It was from my daughter's dog and I had forgotten about it. The technician could have pointed it out and least given us some options.
Gavin was super friendly, fast and efficient. He explained what he was doing and did exactly that. We love they way the carpets look and feel and will definitely use ZeroRez again!

I had heard great reviews about zerorez so I was excited to be able to use them when we bought our new home. They came and cleaned all of the carpets, but there were some areas that looked like they weren’t cleaned very thoroughly. There were also areas where we could see dirt/dust buildup still in the carpet. The carpets did feel clean, but I was hoping for a little more I guess.

Harold, our technician, was wonderful…very professional, gave us explanations, helped us move a few pieces of furniture, and just dud an awesome job. The carpet feels great, and I know it’s clean.
Carpet is not overly wet & doesn’t dry crunchy .
Spot was never addressed, carpet smells terrible and was wet for over 24 hours
Cleaning process was great! Technician was able to get gum and other stains out of kids room. Carpets looked great!
