Less moisture and dried without an odor.
1. Should have let me know that there would be some dirty water coming from his equipment when he carried it out. I grabbed paper towels to wipe up water. I have vinal flooring and if the water got underneath it would be damaged.
2. When he was spraying the seats on the kitchen chairs the spray was running down the back of the seat on the wood. ( these chairs are made of real wood) he made no attempt to wipe the cleaning solution off. I grabbed paper towels to wipe up the solution.
3. When he took the hoses back out to his van, they were dragged across my desert landscaping on to the driveway. ( the rock is at least 1" in diameter) If I had noticed it, I would have handed him the broom to sweep it back. I know he saw it because after he loaded all his equipment back into his van, he came inside and helped me inter my card for payment.
4. He did a nice job on the carpet.
carpets are clean, no soap residue and stay cleaner longer
Typical bate and switch high end service provider. Advertised a lower price then reveal the add costs in such a way as to obscure the end costs and fees.
Totally not necessary given the end product and friendly service personal so I will recommend and use the service but with the cavot cost will higher then advertised.
The product cleaned our chair well and the serviceman was on time, efficient, polite and efficient.
My appointment was scheduled quickly and my carpet looks amazing! Thank you!
Will request tile and gout cleaning next.

My living room has deep down spots in the carpet I feel as though they rushed through this room faster then the two smaller beds rooms

Just wanted my master closet cleaned also. But because of the rain seeping in under the baseboard they wouldn't do it. So now I have to find someone who will come out and clean the one room now.
Tech arrived on time, was thorough and let me know how long it would take the carpet to dry. Just a very easy experience
We Loved our Carpet Cleaner, he was kind, careful and trustworthy
Pluses: good communication with company and tech on timing
Cons: I pointed out 1 spot prior to the start of cleaning, the spot was still there after the tech finished and said he couldn't do anything about it because he wasnt able to do spot cleaning.
The carpet actually looks worse now, like more spots were made visible. We just moved into this house, I don't know history of pet accidents or other spills.
The surrounding hard floor was left very wet, it should have been wiped up. I had 2 small rooms cleaned for $129 (3 room special) and it wasn't worth it. I won't use this company again and wouldn't recommend for others either.

Your tech was here to clean 3 bedroom,hallway and stairs. He was here for less then 45 min. The carpets are still wet after 30 hours and not clean. He charged $253 for less then 45min of very poor quality work
It was so simple to book my appointment! The technician was even early! He was very thorough in the consultation, and explaining to me the process and what my expectations should be. He definitely exceeded my expectations, and was done within an hour. My carpets look absolutely amazing! I will definitely be doing this yearly.
