Clean
Most areas were good however a few places could have had a little more attention. Ten minutes more would have done wonders I think.
I wasn't very happy with the way the carpet came out. It actually looked like the carpet done needed to be cleaned. My carpet is
only 2 years old after it was cleaned it didn't seem to fill fresh or had any bounce to it. I am
not happy with the way they came out and I will not never use Zerorez.
The service tech was the most pleasant man. He did a thorough job. He paid special attention to my 'problem pet' areas, plus he was patient with my 94 year old dad. We pulled his recliner out, then put it back so he could sit back down. It didn't seem to concern him at all that dad was in the middle of his work area. This carpet looks and smells brand new. My favorite part is the quick drying. I was able to put the furniture back that same afternoon. Kudos to Luis. He was efficient plus personable. I will definitely recommend Zerorez to my friends and family.

Good and clean and smells great
First, I really dislike…ok I hate…your website! After 3 tries, I got it right. I really like the pre-arrival instructions. Brian arrived, we did a quick walk thru & he got to work! He worked non-stop for approximately two hours then walked me thru payment & signatures. The operator should have a phone attachment to slide or tap the credit card payment…much more professional…and instills confidence in the customer that their information is secure.
Super happy with the end result. The tech was professional and efficient. He was straight forward about my options and what I could expect for an outcome.

Over 100 degrees outside and he left the front door wide open. Left some dirty spots and stated that was the best that could be done. Might try someone else next time. From arrival to departure was an hour. Had to ask for the booties as my bedridden wife is in the same room and will need to go over the carpet for her needs . I guess he was just anxious to go on vacation.

Hello - first, our tech was great. However, this is the second cleaning from Zerorez and our carpet is crunchy. The first time we had it done, it was worse but we thought we'd give it a second chance. This second cleaning, the carpet is still crunchy. Also, we had pet stains and they smell extremely bad. I mentioned to our tech that we paid $150 last time to have them treated and this time they were worse.
