The last 2 guys that came to clean my rugs did a great job! They were very thorough and v ery professional.

No chemicals, no residue. Good job every time. Would like to know in advance when coming to Oliver Grove Condominiums agaim.

The individual who came to my home was very polite and professional. Unfortunately… She was a little abrasive with the equipment. At the end of the job I had markings on my floor boards and furniture.
I also went into one of the areas where a deep clean was to take away urine from my dog and when I knelt down to smell the carpet I could still smell the urine. I’m not sure the service really took care of the job.
Again my technician was very sweet and I know she did what she could. I just wasn’t really impressed. Especially since my home is pretty well kept. I expected more since it was $20 shy of $700 total.

Edges were not done at all. Spot on carpet was not communicated to me at time of service that needed more attention for additional fees.

Customer service from our technician was amazing. Showed up on time (actually a little early which was great). Carpet is like brand new again. 100% all oder gone! Highly recommended and I will use again in the future when needed.

My living room sofa has marks where it was cleaned, which I have photos of. I have tried over the last few days to rub out these marks with soft towels, but there are 2-3 inch tracks along all of my cushions. There is a particularly noticeable mark on one of the cushions that is a lot lighter than the rest of the fabric.

The carpets have a rough feel to them, not a soft feel as promised and spots are coming back. I am disappointed and will not recommend Zerorez to my neighbors or friends. I DO NOT want the original fellow who cleaned to return. He tried to be friendly and informative, but talked too much.
