Great job. Technicians were very nice and worked hard, quick and efficient. No mess and no problems.
My my tile floor looks brand new after the cleaning. We should’ve taken before and after pictures to post on the website because this was the best job I’ve ever seen. Even the tech was impressed how clean it came.
No residue. Was surprised the technician didnt stand the cushions on end to dry so I did after he left. Red spot on chair cushion I wasn't aware of but wasn't discussed and shows.

We were very satisfied with how efficiently our carpets were cleaned and we would very likely to use Zerorez again. I was very happy that your team arrived early and that our carpets had a good amount of time to dry before we had to walk on them. I appreciate the softness of the carpet and I'm happy that there is no residue left behind.
The tech was very respectful and kind. He payed attention to detail and spoke to me prior to ask if I had any specific requests or requirements. He did a great job. Highly recommended!
They were very quick and on time (early in fact). The carpets were dirty and very worn but when zerorez was done they looked great! Thank you for making my move out so easy!

In general we're happy with our service, however there were quite a few spots around the house where dirty water had been pulled up from the tiles and then dried, leaving residue on the tiles.
Cleaning our carpet without soap and chemicals is a major plus, and the end product looks so good! The technicians are always professional and listen to specific concerns. We have been using Zerorez for several years and are happy with their service.

Having used your service several times in the past, this last time was a disappointment. Your technician, and I use that loosely, was more concerned with getting the job done as quickly as possible than doing a thorough professional job. Within 15 minutes he felt my 3 rooms were completed and was packing up to leave. It took me longer to vacuum those rooms!! Yes I called your office, and yes I had him redo all 3 rooms. I love your product, but you need to have your "service" technicians, take more pride in their work and making your customers happy. I tipped him $10 hoping that maybe he'd rethink, "a job well done gets rewards" with grateful smiles, thank you's, and maybe a extra $ in his pocket.

it took almost 24 hours for my carpets to dry I wastold 4-8!

The price was double the estimate - I listed 3 rooms , you billed 2 rooms and a rug.

This is the second time we've used Zerorez, once for carpet cleaning and now for tile cleaning. We were very unhappy with the carpet cleaning and now we are unhappy with the tile cleaning. We are not picky people but when we spend good money on something we expect results. As I am out of town dealing with a sick child, our adult daughter let the service team in to clean on Tuesday. When my husband got home he said the floor was not done at all to his satisfaction and that there were streaks and areas that looked like they hadn't been done. To my understanding, they are sending someone out this coming Tuesday to meet with my husband and see what can be done to meet our expectations.

Three Room Special not so much, up charge to clean walk in closet in Master, Two other Bedrooms closets weren't done.. This was our second time using Zerorez, there won't be a third!!
It wasn’t the service or tech, 3 rooms were always considered my kitchen dining and living room. Because of (what I was told) the new square footage my living is 3 rooms and kitchen and singing is another 3 rooms. Spent more money then in the past . It’s gotten more expensive.
Tech was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was satisfied with the cleaning.
