We contracted with Zerorez in Gilbert to clean our tile and we could not be more pleased. Matt S was our technician, and his exceptional customer service was outstanding. He was every professional, friendly, and spent a great deal of time on our problem areas. We originally contracted to have a couple rooms sealed however, when the cleaning was completed, we decided against it as some of the grout did not appear to be as clean as we had hoped. Our mistake as after a few more hours of drying, they looked great, so we now regret our last-minute decision not to seal the grout. We highly recommend Zerorez and hope you are lucky enough to get Matt S!
I only had one light stain that I was hoping to get removed, and the tech said he was not able to. The tech was really nice, but he damaged my dresser and not sure if he didn’t notice or just didn’t say anything. I watched him clean and it wasn’t what I expected. He sprayed one layer of ? , then he went over once with the brush adapter and then vacuumed. Took less than 10 min. For each room.

I absolutely love you guys for my carpets and will continue have you out for that service, but I was disappointed in my tile cleaning. The travertine looks dull and feels like it has a film or residue on it, definitely not what I would expect from you guys.

There is a stain in living room under one of the chairs that did not come out. Probably not your fault. Just stain from the bottom of shoes.
Clean and quick. But you should definitely tell customers that the carpet will bump up until it dries!

I had someone come out to clean tile and grout. The grout is dirty, which is why I hired someone, but the tech tried to tell me that it wasn't dirt it must have been colored. Problem with trying to convince me it had been colored is the edges and lower traffic area were lighter (the non-dirty color). Anyways, I can spend about 5 minutes per tile and clean out the dirt with minimal elbow grease.
Service was good, just no upfront pricing. You even charge for your water you use. That should be all included. I was quoted 138 and ended up paying over 180 plus.
