We have used ZeroRez twice and we have been very satisfied with the outcome of cleaning our older carpeting. It looks refreshed as well as clean. The most recent cleaning included a very nasty stain that was successfully removed completely.

Not happy!!! When you came back the second time, I showed your technician my white paper towel that I used to clean an unspecific spot. It was filthy. He said that my problem was from my cats. The spots that were white is where I cleaned their throw up before. When I had four cats, you clean it beautifully in that area. After the carpet dried the second time, I cleaned another area and the same thing, it was filthy.
I don't understand why you couldn't clean it better. This is the traffic area only, the rest was fine.
I will clean it myself or I will call someone else.
By the way, when I was in the carpet business, I highly recommended your company to my customers.
