Great job to detail! Very happy with the results I spilled an entire glass of ice coffee on my cream carpet and they got it all out. On time and did everything in an hours time. Highly recommend
Technician was friendly, informative, clean, prompt, thorough, and went the extra mile to be sure our home was ready to move into. He even used a black light to check if the previous owners had any issues with pet accidents that needed to be pretreated.
Some places looked missed. Several crunchy spots like it wasn't rinsed well. overall, it was just okay.
It actually works!!!! Carpets look brand new again. I have had my carpets cleaned by other companies and they never could get out all the stains. But zero rez came they got out every single stain. Every one!
Easy to schedule online. I had a question, so I called but was on hold. I had to hang up to take another call but I was pleasantly surprised that they called me back stating they saw I called. This is a great feature. I was able to get my questions addressed quickly. The technician came early (after check if that was ok). He was nice and explained options. Did a wonderful job and was quick. Thank you.

The transition from our carpet to the tile is still dirty. Higher traffic areas did not get clean! Must be the process that you are using.
