The carpets were a bit crunchy after they dried and still crunchy after vacuuming. After walking on them for a couple of days it wasn’t so bad.

Your technicians are always the NICEST people who take the time to explain everything they are doing, what you are paying for, and what they recommend. I actually trust what they are saying and don't feel like they are just trying to sell me a product that I don't need. The technician at this last job (sorry I can't remember his name) assessed my situation and gave me several options. He came in, got the job done, cleaned up and left. He also called to see if he could come earlier than the original time quoted which was much appreciated. The products work great, but your people are really what makes me want to continue using the service.

When the tech Robert came here it turned out the price for cleaning was double
I also had a coffee stain that was treated but not completely solved
I went on line after and found a solution that helped a little more of vinegar, water and liquid dish soap

The dirty areas are still there. I’ll have to clean them myself or hire another company.
Every thing event great. Carpets look nice and the pet traffic area cleaned up nicely. Money our Technician was friendly and had no issues working the traffic areas till they were clean. Thank You will use their services again.
Some of the grout is still stained but I was able to clean it with vinegar and a toothbrush. I was hoping your zerorez machine would do that more effectively.
Also, where all the puddles of excess water were left are collecting dirt and are visible and gritty. They are all over the place. I'm going to have to clean the floor again to get rid of those areas where the excess water puddled. Kind of disappointed that after spending $700 I'm going to have to manually clean some of my floors again.

The person who "cleaned" my tiles did a very poor job. My master bathroom he stripped the grout color and did not put a color sealant on it. Also. left parts of the floor filthy, and totally took off the wood from the bottom of my cabinet. In the small hallway and small bathroom, which he upped the price, he tore off part of the baseboards that I had just repainted a week ago. Also left parts of the floor dirty. The floors did not look like they even had any sealant. I will never use your company again.

It was super fast. The technician was very friendly and efficient. The carpet looks fabulous.
I paid over $500 to have my tile and grout cleaned and sealed and my grout was still not clean. My floors are less than a year old and I was able to get it cleaned but your company was not. Your tech ran out of sealant mid job and told us we can buy it at home depot to finish the floors. Just overall not what I paid a lot of money for. We are now doing it ourselves.
