Tech left my entire carpet crunchy. It is brand new (1st cleaning) and was walking cloud soft before your tech came.
The actual cleaning space of carpet in my bedrooms is WAY less than 250 Sq ft but you charge each individual room anyway. My local small business owner I usually use only chages by square foot not room so it is a more fair price.
When I called to tell you, all you could do was come out two days later. My 20+ company staying at my house that I cleaned the carpet for were already going to be here and it would not be feasible, and my guests will have crunchy carpet. I had to wait almost a week then before a new appointment. I also have to now remove all the baskets and side tables and small chairs and such a 2nd time creating double the work for me. This was very inconvenient and embarrassing.
When I voiced I thought I deserved compensation for the poor job, embarrassment because of your companies job, and inconvenience all you would do is "fix the problem by coming out and redoing it" (way later than I needed and could it) and a $45 credit for future service. I don't want to use you again so the $45 credit is also useless. I would prefer some kind of refund to my payment method for my time lost, inconvenience, and embarrassment because the carpet was terrible to walk on.
I will not use you guys again for carpet cleaning and will not recommend you to my friends or social media groups.

Harold was very caring and meticulous about his work. I will request him for the next job. He spent time at removing stains that really made a big difference. Thank you Harold. It was a pleasure.

Our technician was on time and very professional. He did a good job cleaning our carpets.
Cesar did a great job,. Very professional and a nice guy. And the results were very good. Some stains that I thought we would only "lighten" disappeared
The technicians equipment must have ran over our baby monitor cord that was plugged into the wall (we tried to tuck it away) because it was in shreds when we found it and he never told us. Which is unfortunate because then we didn’t have a working baby monitor but didn’t know until it was evening and too late.
It depends on the technician. I’ve had good and bad. This recent visit I had Jen and she took extra time and care to get my carpet clean. She did a wonderful job and I appreciate her care.
Our carpets came out very clean. The service was great.

You do not use soap
Get all stains out and don’t leave stains on the driveway from van .
I was very satisfied with the outcome of my carpet. The technician was very friendly and asked if there was any place on carpet where I had some concerns.
He was also very professional. I will be coming back to Zerorez when I need carpet clean again.
The discoloration of the high traffic areas didn’t look clean. I’ve used other companies who charge less and can get the traffic areas looking cleaner.

Products used seem healthier with less chemicals than other companies’ products. Plus, the technician was very knowledgeable and took the time to be sure what type of material was involved to be sure he didn’t do damage and let me know what other items we had they could be cleaned in the future.

The technician was right on time and went right to work. Very professional and did an excellent job. This was a floor tile cleaning. The only drawback is it is very hard to know what your final price will be until the job is started. The price was more than quoted and I think the tech should have mentioned this before he started, I was informed once the job had been completed, this is why a 9!
The carpet is clean when you are finished.

The technician was awesome-on time, organized, professional , fast (less than 1/2 hour) and my carpet looks terrific. The only downside was the cost-$129 to clean the carpet in my bedroom & closet. If it had cost less, I would have also had my bedroom carpet cleaned.
