The entire process was very organized and customer-oriented, starting with the woman who arranged my appointment--so pleasant and professional. And I want to especially compliment the two technicians who worked on my carpet and floor. The carpets had not been cleaned in many years and were marked with traffic patterns and much cat hair. The grout on the kitchen floor was dark. Caesar and Neggie had to work super hard to restore these surfaces, and go up and down stairs many times. Not only were the guys hard-working but they were very well mannered, pleasant, with good social skills and excellent professional skills. They paid close attention to detail and were glad to collaborate with me on the most effective way to do the best cleaning. I usually do not like having strangers in my house, but they were just outstanding and I really enjoyed meeting them! I've worked with young people for my entire career, and I was very impressed with Caesar and Neggie.
Now for the outcome--my carpets look like NEW! And my tile floor is so light and bright and beautiful, with very light-colored grout--I had no idea! And no odor! I feel like I'm living in a new house and I've already recommended Zerorez to several friends. Thank you all for such a pleasant and professional experience. Fast and quality service

Jessie was very thorough in cleaning our tile, grout and carpet and returned our light grout pretty much to its original shade in front of kitchen and bathroom sinks. He was friendly and went through several procedures to achieve above results. Thank you Jessie and Zerorez!
