How well the carpets get cleaned and the timely and professional employees
My carpets were crunchy and I thought you left no residue. My master bed room still smells like pee and I paid extra $40 for some stuff to fix that. My issue is I don’t have time to move furniture all around again. But would like the master done again because of the smell.
It was our 1st time using your company. We had an excellent experience! Jeff came to our home and he was extremely punctual, professional and personable. He also answered some questions for us about floor care in general. We had tile and grout cleaned and it turned out fabulous.

Zerorez has been great in the past for cleaning our carpets but I’m very disappointed in the result of the tile cleaning. The tile is less than 2 years old and in perfect condition, the grout was just looking dirty in areas. Now, after your cleaning, the tile and grout looks just like it does after I steam clean it myself. $300 completely wasted.
I absolutely will not make that mistake again. Honestly, if you can’t clean grout, you shouldn’t be in the tile cleaning business.
Timely appointment. Cleaned a large number of offices very quickly. Carpet was very clean. The technician was very polite and helpful. Very reasonable cost.
Quick efficient and clean
We like that the water used to wash the carpet isn't full of soap/chemicals.
First of all, it worked. My tile and grout were really bothering me. I am no longer able to scrub the floors by hand (as I did for many years). I have tried other tile companies but have never been satisfied. I have even stopped payment until someone came back to fix my issues. This was not the case with Zerorez. I also have always been impressed by the technicians that have been here for service. This time it was Jesse. He was wonderful! I will not hesitate to call again for addition services.

Josh did such a great job cleaning the tile and carpet in my home. He was very pleasant and explained what he was going to do and what to expect. My floors look like new. I would highly recommend Zerorez. Very reasonable pricing.
The technician was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I could not believe the difference I saw in the tile floor/grout. I was on the fence about having them do my tile floors but it was 100% worth it, they look amazing!
My wife prepared a check for payment after the service. She was told at the time checks were not accepted. I suggest you inform future customers ahead of time.
