I have heard a lot about how wonderful your cleaners work, it did a good job but I wish you would have made more of an effort to speak with me about all the added cost associated with the cleanings. Everyone is on a tight budget but zerorez is astronomical.

Efficient, effective, prompt, reliable services. Good cleaning products that do not leave residual soap/cleansers. Carpet is clean and soft after service. Great job.

Technician was fine. Carpets look good. Price was way too high! Our entire house is under 1200 sq ft. Bedrooms are 11×10 and 12×12. To have one 9x10 area rugs and 2 bedrooms, plus a chair and sofa be $400+ is really high! No stains or difficult stuff. All furniture was moved. Took an hour. Yikes!
Found nothing to justify that cost. Sorry! (and that was with a $60 courtesy discount for being so late)

You were able to squeeze me in the same day I called, your techs were on time and courteous. My carpets were very old and heavily stained and turned out much better than expected. They also dried pretty quickly! Thank you!

Everything was good just disappointed with the results, even with the extra treatment for the pet stains it still didn’t remove the smell, initially it seemed like it did but today I can still smell it. Was told the extra treatment was guaranteed to get it out and that after treating it the black light showed no signs of it being there but the smell is still there so not sure why that would be unless it wasn’t fully removed.

Young man was very nice. Did fine on all but main bathroom. As he left told me could not get around stool which is very bad and now I will have to do it. He also told me to give him a 10 rate. So knew did not earn or would not tell me. Is that how are taught by you.

The rep was professional and nice. The quality of the carpet cleaning was poor. Our carpets have minimal traffic and the traffic areas were still present when the carpets dried.
The tile and the grout look good, though.
Unfortunately the carpets don’t look any different. The rep actually told me that there was minimal dirt picked up. He was thorough and went o we the areas repeatedly he said and told me the darker areas would go away when the carpet dried. They didn’t. I do have pictures if you’d like to see.
To rectify the issue, we’d love the traffic areas cleaned so they aren’t present. If that isn’t an option, I’d like to be reimbursed for the carpet cleaning.
