This was our third time using Zerorez and our experience was exactly as we remembered. He was timely, got right to work staging the equipment outside and wearing shoe coverings. After clarifying the work order he got right to work. Before leaving he reminded us to wait 4-6 hours before moving items back in place. He was professional and just a very pleasant individual.

One of the bedrooms had major dirt in the high traffic area and it didn't look much better when they were done. Thinking I should have used a company that uses chemicals and detergents to get the dirt out!

The tech was actually early! How often does that happen today? Jeff did a great job on both the tile and carpet. Have used Zerorez before and will use them again.
