Your service was great and so was the product my carpets and been cleaned in a while had a little ones around lots of spills fuse spots the came clean I was just Happy it was so clean
The technician was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He provided pros and cons regarding our area rug that needed cleaning. The product is amazing and we use it on more than our floors or carpets.

I am a repeat customer because I like that no chemicals are used and results are the best.
The technician took the time to look at the problem areas where my elderly dog had accidents. He took the time to explain how he would treat the areas.He took his time to make sure the area was clean. I really appreciate Zero Rez and like that they don't use chemicals to clean with.

We've used Zerorez from our first experience with them many years ago. Customer service is superb. Our tech, Robert, was very considerate and conscientiousness. Our 22 year old berber carpet looks brand new! Thank you, Zerorez! You're our only choice for carpet cleaning.

If you really wanted feedback you would return my phone calls. I am the representative for Name removed, Sun City West, AZ. I have a legal power of attorney. I was shocked to see how she was taken advantage of by your technician. The original quote was around $300. The final billing was $1973. First name removed is 80 years old and was taken advantage. A manager will call me back by the end of next week or I am going straight to Better Business Bureau and to the Attorney Generals office for this abuse of the elderly. Additionally, I plan to dispute the charge. By the way I have left two messages and nobody has had the courtesy to even call and discuss this bill.
