Very professional
My carpet is so soft and clean! They were professional and thorough. Highly recommend!
My rental house wasn’t very clean when I moved in, but three months later I had kind of forgotten about it, when my allergies kicked up last week I figured I should get the carpets cleaned to see if it would help. I was able to make a quick appointment for two days later. Seems to have made a difference, I’m not sneezing as much, and the carpet is actually soft and feels better to walk on.
We had our tile floors and carpets cleaned and they look amazing. The place sparkles! We highly recommend their service.

The Service Tech as very polite and knowledgeable. Arrived on time after moving the
time up. Products we like because carpet did not feel stiff. We will use you again and
hopefully get the same tech.
My whole experience was absolutely wonderful. I think the technician‘s name was Rob. He was so friendly and he looked at my carpets and I have a few dogs and she was very kind and he didn’t chastise me because I had peace stains. I will definitely have you back again!
Very professional. Only suggested what I really needed. Showed the urine spots from a roommates cat. Which now grosses me out so I will need them to come back again soon. Carpet was dry in 4 hours. Thank you!!!

i felt like the price was to high after the employee got here and explained how much to clean 3 dog urine spots would cost, but since he was here i agreed to pay the extra charge
There was no chemical scent and they communicated very well with me during my service. I believe his name was Frank. He did great
The upholstery in the vehicle was not worth cost. Few water stains left. Tech left without notification.
We were not pleased with the cleaning of our tile. The grout was left discolored, and the tile itself has a tacky residue feel to it. Nothing worse than feeling like you wasted money.
No chemicals, reliable service, good communication, carpets look great when finished.

First off you don’t move furniture of any type at all. Then you guys showed up a hour early and no call then sent a trainee to do the lead tech job to ask if it was ok to be early. So your communication sucks and then i was surprised that the techs didn’t offer to seal the grout or to do upholstery or any of the carpets. I said I would try you guys out and I won’t use you guys again. Don’t get me wrong the techs where nice. But having been in the business for 13 years I find it interesting zerorez Doesn’t offer other services
The employee was super nice and tried to make things right but there are several yellow stains throughout the carpet that he was not able to remove. Not sure why because other areas came out fine.
I feel like you are extremely overpriced for the amount of work done. And I think the only thing that could be made right would be a partial refund.
I wouldn’t want the service technician to come back as he did his best and that would feel uncomfortable
