This was the second time we had Zerorez out. The first time they did a good job. This past time, not so much. Missed several spots and overcharged us for a smaller space than before.

The technician that cleaned my carpets did an excellent job! He got spots out of my cream colored carpet that I didn't think would come out. I ALWAYS use Zerorez because they are the best! The technician was very informative and friendly.

There were places that were missed but the technician was very nice, polite and worked very hard
First time was amazing. This time manager was training and did everything in a hurry. They were in and out so fast. Carpets still have spots. Last time with the treatment and cleaning the spots all were gone. We had so many compliments on how great the carpert looked. I understand my carpets are older but telling me to replace instead of cleaning did not go over well. We were told we would have the same guy as before but did not. Not happy with how the carpets look this time for the amount paid.
Amazing results cleaning travertine and grout went from filthy black back to white. Tile now looks brand new.

Only thing better would be the pricing on pet treatment.

When I made the appointment I requested a morning appointment. I was told that a technician would be here between 8:00-10;00. The day before my cleaning I received a call to confirm the appointment. I was told that the technician would be here between 10:00-12:00. I said that was unacceptable and that I was initially told between 8:00-10:00. I was put on hold and when your representative came back to the phone he said you’re all set. The technician will be at your home between 8:00-10:00. When 10:00 came and went I called your office extremely upset. I was told you were very sorry. I’m not happy with “I’m sorry.” At ten minutes to 12:00 I received a call saying the technician was running late because of the appointment he was on. I was livid!!!!!!! I have a disabled daughter with cancer (she can’t walk) who I got out of bed a few minutes before 8:00. She was miserable lying on the couch from 8:00 to when the technician finished cleaning the carpets…around 3:00. The technician, Caleb, is an asset to your company!!! He deserves a lot of praise and recognition! I was given a $100 discount for the inconvenience but will not use your services again because of the hardship my daughter had to endure. The person that lied to me about the appointment should be fired!!!!!!!

When the first tec came he was professional but as the time went on he started hurrying. When we pointed out several areas he missed he said it was wet and would dry. He said he had a doctors appointment and hurried. The areas never dried and were dirty, very disappointing. We called the next day and said we had several areas that were never cleaned. A new tec was sent out. This tec also was hurried. We had to ask him about sealing the grout after cleaning the areas that were missed the day before and he said he forgot that process. The tec left the floors dirty and sticky, first tec did clean up before leaving. And the cleaner the tec used to clean the grout was sprayed all over the bottom of my refrigerator. So today I clean up what the tec should have cleaned.
I understand about hurrying but not completing the job thoroughly and leaving the customer unhappy does not allow me to give the company a good review.
