We originally had a 3 room service, They said we should do the other 2 rooms we agreed. Cleaning was good, then when it came time to pay i was asked to leave a TIP, never in my life have I been asked any service ask for a tip. It was a very awkward situation. My house was completely empty with no furniture to move, these guys had nothing to move to prepare

I was in a rush and did not have the time to measure myself or ask any questions but it is more than twice what I anticipated.
Good quality work & nice people
The time of arrival was to be 1-3 pm, which I will never schedule this late in the day again, as we spent the day with the furniture moved, waiting. I called your company at 12:30 am. to see if they were going to arrive at 1:00 or not. They assured me technician would arrive at 1 p.m. An hour and half later at 2:35 I called again, and they told me he was on his way and it would be 20 minutes, LOL very disappointing to be told one thing and then another. The technician did a good job and was very courteous, but will never again schedule late in the afternoon, not convenient.

QUICK AND EFFICIENT
I only use Zerorez for my carpet cleaning! I just had them clean the carpet on my rental that probably has carpet 12 years old and they made it look great! I was very pleased!!!
I like the fact that there's no chemicals. you always show up on time. your employees always do an awesome job.
We have been using Zerorez for over 10 years for our home tile grout cleaning. Always a great job. So we tried our office carpets this time. No disappointment here. The office carpets were extremely dirty from our technicians tracking in warehouse floor grime (oil, forklift tire dust, and dirt in general). The carpets look practically new again! The fact that the carpets don't have any soap residue, my carpets will stay looking new again for years to come.
I was sold on the concept of "no residue" when I heard the first ad on the radio-- it works!
