Clean products as I have pets, no soaps/detergent ms and less drying time
Brian, came to my home and he was excellent!! He was professional , explained my problem areas, and really scrubbed the carpet to get the pet stains out!! I have used ZeroRes before and each and every time I’m blown away by your technicians and their attention to detail. Customer for life!!

Ramone was absolutely fantastic! He did a wonderful job cleaning our area rugs, carpeting, tile and sofa. We will request him for next year. He was on time and worked very hard to get everything clean.
The tech did a very good job cleaning the carpets and spotting for pet stains. What I didn't like is the additional unknown costs until after the tech had arrived. Additional $150 for pet stains and $25 to clean small walk in primary closet.

Carpets are always cleaned quickly and look great.
Carpet smells and stayed wet for three days after being washed. They came out again stains are still preset and carpet still smells.
Not only do they do a great job cleaning, but I never get upsold!
I like that the products used to clean are safe for humans and pets. Your staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Our service technician took the time to learn about the fabric of our couch prior to deciding the best method and solution to use that wouldn’t damage or breakdown the fabric.

The service tech did not move small furniture or chairs. I moved all nightstands and larger movable items but he just went around dear chair ottoman and rocking horse. Usually they move couches and coffee tables and he did t even move a desk chair
I didn't want to walk on a wet carpet to check. This was not a cleaning. This was and OK vacuuming. Nothing came out. zero spot treatment. zero high traffic area treatment. I grabbed the resolve and tried myself. The stains weren't tough at all. The no-residue no crunch advertisement is false. The carpets are very crunchy.
Our technician did an amazing job!! The floors look so good!! I have white grout and over 2 years they got a little yucky. But now they look brand new!! I highly recommend Zero Rez.

My old carpet looks much better. The Technician was knowledgeable and professional.
Our tech was not detailed oriented at all. We had to ask for corner protection. He seemed to be in a rush. Parts of the carpet were so wet. It was as though he did not withdraw the water from the carpet.
