Two real issues, the first is teach technicians to get closer to edges and corners and the second would be to use non-aerosoal sealer. The smell gave my wife a headache all day

I love how the carpets look after cleaning. However, the quoted cost for the extra cleaning of pet stains (with a puppy, I know I have a lot) coming in at almost $850 is ridiculous.

Matt did an excellent job. Prework explaining everything and the actual work. I’m really impressed with the tile cleaning. Knew you guys did great work on carpet but the tiles is a wonderful surprise. Will recommend to anyone that asks.

I’ve been a long time customer and always loved it when you cleaned my white carpeting. You helped make it last over 20 years! We replaced that carpet with tile now. However, we have new carpet in our bedroom. This is what we had you come out to clean. We had special pet treatment applied but we can still smell the urine! The technician we had seemed inexperienced. She spilled water and pet treatment on the carpet and in adjoining tiled hallway. The tile was discolored. Also the invoice does not show any service notes she had me sign! Where are they? The one signature isn’t even mine. In all honesty, I cannot use you anymore. Your technicians used to be so helpful and knowledgeable. I may have to go elsewhere to get the urine odor out. I’m sorry it turned out to be a disappointment, I always liked your product.
