Quick, thorough, and efficient
I really liked how clean my carpet ended up being. I like how Uriel did the work, he didn’t short cut anything. He is a true professional. It was a true pleasure have him in my home. He was very nice to talk to he didn’t stop working while we talked. From 8am to almost 5pm he never stopped doing his job. He is an outstanding worker, a credit to your company and worth his weight in gold. I can’t say enough positive things about him. He explained everything he was doing and what all the products were and how they worked. If I ever need carpets cleaned again I will call Zerorez because of Uriel and he will the individual I will have do the work. He definitely deserves to receive a raise! I’m not much of a review writer. But I have been looking forward to the opportunity to write this review. I will definitely recommend Zerorez to anyone I know that is planning to have their carpets cleaned and I will tell them to request Uriel to be the one who cleans their carpet fo them. Thank you Uriel for doing such a fantastic job on my carpets. They turned amazing!!
No change in carpet,
Very friendly and knowledgeable technicians.
I like the fact that there is no soap used that would remain in the carpet.
Our tech was super friendly and helpful, however when cleaning/spraying the carper, he caused all the tie dye that was in the carpet to splatter and stain our baseboards and other parts of the carpet
The technician was professional, informative and my carpets look amazing! They are so soft and the high traffic areas are no longer dingy looking! I will have them come out again!
Due to pet "accident" treatment, the cost was quite a bit more than we originally anticipated. Even the technician worked very hard on our "pet" areas, they dried much more slowly than the other areas, and smelled badly as it always does. Is there some way to predict this?

The guy that cleaned was courteous and helpful. Part of the room couldn’t be saved. But now I see I wasted cleaning the other half because the dog urine smell stayed in it and will have to rip it out too. I wasted a lot of money on the carpet but he tried and did a good job on the tile.

The tech was nice. I’ve just heard the radio commercials and they hyped up the results. I feel like I could have gotten my carpets equally as clean with my at home carpet cleaner. That being said, I am still curious to see how long it lasts. As of now, I don’t think it lives up the the hype.

This was our first time using Zerorez and it was everything it was promised to be. What made it special was our technician Michael. His customer service was above and beyond our expectations. I really hope you recognize your technicians, it's because of him that we will certainly use Zerorez in the future. He didn't just come in and demand a price. He walked and measured each room, and for each stain he thoroughly explained the process to both treat and remove. Just absolutely amazing service from him. I can't say enough good things. Also very patient with our kids and pets, who can be very trying at times. THANK YOU MICHAEL FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK!!! You made our home shine again. We appreciate you!!
