The equipment that pulls up stuff a vacuum cleaner doesn’t. And the carpet doesn’t stay wet for very long. The gentleman cleaning was very professional he came in and got the job done beautifully.
I had my tile cleaned and the day after my floor boards separated from the wall due to excessive water damage. I have pictures. These need to be fixed.

The service technician Robert T. Was very professional, on time and friendly. The carpets were cleaned to perfection and the quote I received was the same as on the phone. I've dealt with other companies who did a bait and which, quote one price on the phone and doubled it when showing up. I highly recommend Zerorez and will continue to use them.

Your service technician Uriel was awesome! He was very informative, very professional, very nice, and made the process as easy as possible. He even went above and beyond to send me a recommendation for another service I needed done that was out of your scope (HVAC air vent cleaning), and it made my life that much easier! My carpets and tile flooring looked amazing afterward, and they had been in pretty terrible condition. Fantastic work, 10/10 would recommend.
