Very professional and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised how quick they finished.
The friendly technician (Jesus) arrived on time. He explained the cleaning process and asked us to show him our carpet issues. He explained his cleaning route through the house. He finished promptly and asked us to check the carpet. Before he left, he wiped up the wet spots on the tile for safety.

Needed the carpets cleaned for an open house. The carpet was cleaned after treatment for some spots. Dry in about 4 hours the other places took overnight to dry if not longer. The gentleman that cleaned the carpet knew what he was doing and very nice kept asking if there was anything more he could do. Thank you zerorez.

It was so simple to book my appointment! The technician was even early! He was very thorough in the consultation, and explaining to me the process and what my expectations should be. He definitely exceeded my expectations, and was done within an hour. My carpets look absolutely amazing! I will definitely be doing this yearly.
Less moisture and dried without an odor.
1. Should have let me know that there would be some dirty water coming from his equipment when he carried it out. I grabbed paper towels to wipe up water. I have vinal flooring and if the water got underneath it would be damaged.
2. When he was spraying the seats on the kitchen chairs the spray was running down the back of the seat on the wood. ( these chairs are made of real wood) he made no attempt to wipe the cleaning solution off. I grabbed paper towels to wipe up the solution.
3. When he took the hoses back out to his van, they were dragged across my desert landscaping on to the driveway. ( the rock is at least 1" in diameter) If I had noticed it, I would have handed him the broom to sweep it back. I know he saw it because after he loaded all his equipment back into his van, he came inside and helped me inter my card for payment.
4. He did a nice job on the carpet.

Typical bate and switch high end service provider. Advertised a lower price then reveal the add costs in such a way as to obscure the end costs and fees.
Totally not necessary given the end product and friendly service personal so I will recommend and use the service but with the cavot cost will higher then advertised.
The product cleaned our chair well and the serviceman was on time, efficient, polite and efficient.

My living room has deep down spots in the carpet I feel as though they rushed through this room faster then the two smaller beds rooms

Just wanted my master closet cleaned also. But because of the rain seeping in under the baseboard they wouldn't do it. So now I have to find someone who will come out and clean the one room now.
