Cesar worked very hard to get my carpets clean and I appreciated it.
Our tech was very professional, right on time, and super nice. But he didnât get out like any of the spots in our family room. And now theyâre just more noticeable cause the rest of the carpet is âcleanerâ. Not only can you see the spots, but now the spots are super crusty. Itâs just weird and annoying whenever I walk on my carpet and my carpet still doesnât look good.

Service tech was great! We had tile floors done and paid extra for grout sealing, but now there is white residue throughout house.
From start to finish the experience was great. I needed my carpets cleaned asap and got an appointment within 48 hours and was taken care of. The rep that cleans the carpets was informational and did a great job

The appointment was great, but 3 days after the cleaning my apartment smells like wet laundry left in the washing machine for days, or that old dish rag smell.
I did not move any furniture back onto the carpet until the next day and kept the a/c on with both ceiling fans running on high all day, the day of the cleaning tip help or dry.

Quick and efficient
This was our third time using Zerorez and our experience was exactly as we remembered. He was timely, got right to work staging the equipment outside and wearing shoe coverings. After clarifying the work order he got right to work. Before leaving he reminded us to wait 4-6 hours before moving items back in place. He was professional and just a very pleasant individual.
