I was entirely sick of carpets getting dirty about 5 minutes after they were cleaned by other companies.
Your price is slightly higher but I know I will not need cleaning nearly is often!

Paul, our cleaning technician was fabulous. He took the time to pretreat problem areas and was very thorough. Paul was also personable and professional. He explained the process, as I had not seen it done with the first machine, and I felt confident that our carpet was in good hands. It looks fantastic and I am excited to decorate for the holidays.
My 13 year old porcelain tile looks brand new after Jesse completed cleaning it. Your technicians are always prompt, professional and do a great job!

Kaleb and Tristen were awesome. Kaleb went over everything — the services and prices before he started. Then at the end, he went over everything again. No surprises. The carpet, rug and stairs look brand new. They were on time and extremely efficient. Thank you so much!!!!!

First, Brian did such a good job on our carpet! It really looks great and he worked hard at it. He also was very pleasant to deal with, I would like him to clean our carpet every time.
Second, we do like the fact that your cleaning solution is so effective and that it leaves so little residue, if any. It makes so much sense and we love that.

The cleaning crew was over an hour late getting to the house, they left the water dripping from the faucet in the laundry room, which damaged the tile and some carpeting. When I texted the Zerorez representative to let her know what had happened she told me that she would talk to the crew and get back to me...and guess what, she never got back to me. Just like the crew being irresponsible so, was the representative. We are actually thinking about taking Zerorez to court but, will definitely post a unsatisfactory review and pictures on the social media sites once we get the damage fixed.

4 small rooms of carpet. Some pet pee spots, were revealed. We agreed to $40 per room to sole extra spray in stuff. And after our guy left, they were still there. I feel like our carpet is still in bad shape. We are in a rental home currently while our house is being built. Just want to keep it nice for another year.

My bathroom downstairs was not cleaned as well as the other areas with tile. Grout in some places still very dark. When I asked about it while tech was here he said it was just because it was still wet. Looked the same after it dried

It’s probably out of your control, I should have tried to use some of my products before having you use your extraction vacuum because the spot treatment where the cats urine is still very potent.
Pretty much the same as everyone else. Stains go away for a short while then reappear
