Customer service was excellent
I had used Zerorez in NC and now Scottsdale. Very courteous, conscientious of others’ belongings, knowledgeable and efficient.
I love the not using of soaps and chemicals----just plain water altered to clean better.
We like the process Zerorez uses and the range of services they provide. However, it baffles me that they charged $25 for a closet that is 3'x6', especially since they charge by the room, even if half of the carpet is not cleaned because of furniture - bed, chest of drawers, etc.

I was unaware when I booked my appt for my couch and rug cleaning that certain fabric types could NOT be cleaned by Zerorez. I was SO excited to get my white sectional and rug cleaned only to find out when the technician came that the materials in both of those things were something they don't clean (although I've had them cleaned before). I wish I would have known this BEFORE scheduling my appt and waiting for my appt time.

No water to clean up after cleaning carpets
We have Zerorez out to our home a couple times a year. We've had carpets, furniture and now tile cleaned. Every single time we are extremely happy with our results!!!

The tech was very kind and trust worthy. He took time to walk around and explain things. The only thing I wish he old us was that the carpet in our new rental home was a lost cause and that we should replace it instead of spending $1000 to clean it because cleaning will likely not do any good. It smells awful and looks the same.
We wasted $1000 that could of gone toward replacing the carpet.
This makes me so sad because, like everyone else, we are on a budget.
Quick and easy
Very satisfied with the job Spencer did in removing some very disturbing stains. The carpet looks almost like new. It is 11+ years old and each time Zerorez cleans it I am amazed at how nice it looks. Will continue to use them for cleaning this tired old carpet.
