This was the first time I used Zero rez. I was impressed by the two young men that cleaned our carpeting. Kind courteous and very professional.

Your own water instead of my spigot tap water - big difference. Also, because this was a large tile cleaning job it was very beneficial to have 2 techs instead of 1. Job completed more efficiently.

My technician, Josh, was so thorough, friendly and courteous! I will definitely use Zerorez again because he did an amazing job on my grout, tile floor and area rugs. I wish all technicans were as thorough as he was. He gets my top rating.

My wife vacuumed both carpet areas and showed me the hair that came up after you completed the service and there were extra costs involved that were not advertised
We had tile cleaned. There are curved endings away from walls where they stopped cleaning. Corners weren’t cleaned

Needed areas of grout cleaned that were along baseboards in hallway that I paid extra for!!! Also grout in bathroom and laundry room that I was able to clean by hand after service. Seems if cleaner machine didn’t get it or could reach it like along baseboards then no effort by hand was used. The $138 3 room special is deceiving since square footage doesn’t seem to count.
