We Loved our Carpet Cleaner, he was kind, careful and trustworthy
Pluses: good communication with company and tech on timing
Cons: I pointed out 1 spot prior to the start of cleaning, the spot was still there after the tech finished and said he couldn't do anything about it because he wasnt able to do spot cleaning.
The carpet actually looks worse now, like more spots were made visible. We just moved into this house, I don't know history of pet accidents or other spills.
The surrounding hard floor was left very wet, it should have been wiped up. I had 2 small rooms cleaned for $129 (3 room special) and it wasn't worth it. I won't use this company again and wouldn't recommend for others either.
Carpet came out very clean and the service was great!

Your tech was here to clean 3 bedroom,hallway and stairs. He was here for less then 45 min. The carpets are still wet after 30 hours and not clean. He charged $253 for less then 45min of very poor quality work

Jeff was actually early! He did a great job cleaning my grout. He told me about the sealing option, but I have some repairs to make and he was agreeable and supportive of having everything in order prior to sealing - that's commendable!
