How I know it’s clean .. Looks clean!!
Our tech was friendly and knowledgeable. I even added on some more work at the last minute as he was packing up his stuff. He never hesitated when I asked him to do more or acted like it bothered him in the least. He did a good job!
My floors grout looked fantastic afterwards. Never thought it would look so good and the guys who did the job we're great too .

Our technician was very friendly. We had multiple rooms with lots of pet stains. He took the time to explain the process of attempting to get the stains out, what to expect and made sure we were ok with the process and price before starting.
He spent a lot of time working on our carpet and it turned out very well.

First off let me say that Kalib and Jessie were outstanding and very professional as well.They did a great job and we were so happy had them so the kitchen tile as well which made it look like new . We will be using Zerorez again in the future

Mop up water better
Prompt service, great carpet cleaning products. My rugs look amazing and don't feel "sticky" like some carpet cleaning companies make our carpets feel like. The technicians were very polite and respectful of all our furnishings. And you can't beat the price. Amazing!!!!!
First time user. Not sure yet. The edges of the rug doesn’t look very clean.
For 3 rooms at $160. I felt like renting a RugDR from Fry’s would have done just a good of a job. Only 3 pet spots in newrly 700 sq ft of carpet and wanted to charge me another $100 to pet treat. Only reason I got zerorez to come out is for those 3 spots really and can’t say I am thrilled with results. All good. Moving on.

My carpet looks great ! The technicians were very professional and did a wonderful cleaning job that made it look like new.
The service provider (Al) arrived on early on the stated 8 to 10 am time slot, provided great service and without any damage to the home.
I love that there are no chemicals and our carpets and tile look very good after the Zerorez cleaning.
Josh was on time, perfect young gentleman, did a good job explaining procedures before starting to clean the carpeting and was very efficient how he handled everything. I would definitely highly recommend Josh and Zerorez.
