I like that you use a carpet lifter and take the time to thoroughly clean each room rather than rushing through it. And I like the 'no crunch' feeling of the carpet afterwards. I especially like the work that David Mitchell does. I've had other people from Zerorez clean my carpets, but David is the best!

I like that the carpets look very clean even in the high traffic areas and they are also soft. Often times the carpet feels crunchy after cleaning but not with Zero Rez

The tile area came out ok, the tiles are clean the grout doesn’t appear much cleaner than it previously was, perhaps my expectations were unrealistic, would probably not recommend the tile cleaning service.
