The carpet cleaning was great. I had the tile cleaned, but it did not seem to be as clean as ano9ther company I had do it some 5 years ago. There was a lot of overspray when the grout sealer was sprayed on, which left a residue on the tile that felt "dirty" when I walked on it with bare feet or socks. I was told the overspray would evaporate which it did, but the tile did not feel clean. The technician was professional and polite.
No heavy perfume, very clean. They do a great job and always on time.

Arrived shortly before appointment time. Technician was pleasant, professional and organized. The chairs and tile looked great when he was finished and he left everything in order. What else could you ask for?

The carpets looked no different the next day. I have not responded sooner, been thinking I expected too much,but really just think it was a complete waste of my money at this point. The high traffic areas look exaclty the same, overall looks like I haven't had them cleaned in years and they are only 2 years old. They were cleaned a year ago by another company and actually looked and felt clean afterwards. Decided to try Zero Res as I have grandkids around now and the no residue sounded good to me. . .
I am not sure how long your service normally takes but they did 3 rooms in about 30 minutes. Other services I have used in the past spend at least 15-20 minutes per room. No furniture had to be moved so that was not an issue. Overall very disappointed in the quality of the clean and will not use or recommend Zero Res.
Technician showed up on time / did a great job / product dried quickly / was told of current promotions that we my use.

The technician was very friendly and thorough. We are moving into a new house and it has odors that are possibly pet related. He used a black light to check the rooms for pet urine and treated the carpet accordingly. We are moving into a clean home thanks to Zerorez.

The Zerorez process leaves the carpet looking and feeling like new. Other methods do not.
Carpet cleaning does not leave your carpets soaking wet and smelling like chemicals.

Jeff was great! He explained the process and we discussed the type of carpet and the expected results. He did a very thorough job of cleaning the carpet and then he explained the spots that might still be there before applying the protectant. The drying time was less than expected and the carpet looks much better.
The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable.
When the first tec came he was professional but as the time went on he started hurrying. When we pointed out several areas he missed he said it was wet and would dry. He said he had a doctors appointment and hurried. The areas never dried and were dirty, very disappointing. We called the next day and said we had several areas that were never cleaned. A new tec was sent out. This tec also was hurried. We had to ask him about sealing the grout after cleaning the areas that were missed the day before and he said he forgot that process. The tec left the floors dirty and sticky, first tec did clean up before leaving. And the cleaner the tec used to clean the grout was sprayed all over the bottom of my refrigerator. So today I clean up what the tec should have cleaned.
I understand about hurrying but not completing the job thoroughly and leaving the customer unhappy does not allow me to give the company a good review.
Attention to detail and really took their time! Will use again for sure as this is my 4th time using you guys!
