Your tech did not take pride in his service your machinery was horrible which like like a mop spilling water all over my tile it left my tiles dirty and sticky I’m Going to mop one more time to see if the shoe marks from the tech will go away and the marks left by the machine.
I mopped as your tech was leaving my floors were filthy the water was black plus you’re tech said he could not finish the job because his tank was full unless I allowed him to empty the tanks into my sewer line pipe. Totally unprofessional.. now my carpets look like they were not even cleaned I will submit photos of everything . The moment he left I wanted a refund. I can’t believe John JAY advertises for you…

I have use you for a long time. There is nobody better for fabrics and carpet to feel clean and not feel full of left-over soap. The technician was super friendly and let me know his name and shook my hand. I am in a walker, and I asked him to close the bedroom door because of our cat and he obliged. The advertisement clearly states 3 rooms for a price . . .but you are charged extra if your room is over a certain size, bait and switch today is never good. Also charge a fuel excess charge as another extra. Not professional at all.
