Technician was great and did a good job.
I was very bothered by the pricing. I scheduled the service because of the 3-room special for tile because I needed our downstairs tile cleaned, thinking the square footage would meet the allowable 3-room square footage. I'm confident it did, but you charged differently for the entry way, bathroom, pantry and laundry room where I ended up having to pay at least $100 more than if it was just based on square footage. I was informed of this when the technician arrived and calculated it. The technician did a good job, but I really wish you would just charge by square footage.
The guys were very informative and professional. Did a great job on our carpets.

My shower wasn’t as clean as i hoped for and i saw it after the guys left. Did not feel like calling in since overall they did fab. My chairs did not come clean at all because it was a dry cleaning ( since the guy did not want to do it wet - fabric issue- i understood but would have taken the chance anyway he did not want to —-so ok ) in the end i wasted $150 on them - because there was no money back but the chairs look still nasty no change at all….wished i didn’t also time before - my fridge bottom got scratched and i did not see that until after…I know these are all minor details if you want and its a he said she said …..but in all honesty …that also discourage one from getting the service and paying over $500 when you have to go and clean the corners of your shower by your self afterwards. I also feel like for repeat customers there should be better deals maybe a free erea or something but this time I feel i way overpaid for not the best outcome.

Zerorez is very communicative about arrival time and are always very prompt. Employees are always professional in appearance and knowledge of their products. They always do a great job and their work is always better than expected.

I thought the tile cleaning process really made a visible different in appearance of the tile. The technician arrived on time and finished the cleaning in less than a hour.

I had the carpet on my stairs cleaned. He did a very good job. I had some stains that I was concerned about, but he was able to remove them. I will definitely use this company again.

Had carpets in 6 rooms cleaned and Caesar did an amazing job. He took his time to clean them and was very professional. The carpets came out much cleaner than I expected, especially in the heavy traffic area, and 90% of the stains on the carpets came out too- they look as good as new!
