Our tech was great. Friendly, informative and did an excellent job. Other quotes were more than double the price. I will definitely use them again as well as refer them.
My carpet is crunchy and your add says you are better then other companies as the carpet will be soft when it dries. I originally ordered 3 rooms and stairs. Your technician suggested I switch to two rooms, stairs and area rug, which I did. He suggested I do this because I wanted to do an area rug and I presume due to looking at the total space said I should do only two rooms. I did what was suggested. I rated what I did as the carpet under the area rug was not cleaned and my carpet is crunchy. I was not Wowed to think you are any different then other carpet cleaning companies. When you do area rugs do you clean both sides? Do you normally move the rug to clean under it?
Not sure how you can improve this. It’s hard to see dirty spots when the carpet is still wet. But when it drys, you can see where the spots were missed. I had the hallways and four rooms cleaned. Every room was great but just that one room. A couple square foot was still dirty.
You will probably come back with “did you not do a walk through!” Yes I did but like I said, it’s hard to tell when the carpet is still went.
We had several orange bleach spots appear on our loft carpets after our carpets were cleaned. We also had a few dark spots that were still very noticeable after the cleaning. We ended up just taking our home carpet cleaner over that area the next day and the spots came up but kind of annoyed that the cleaning did not take care of them. We were told that our carpets would be dry in 3-6 hours but they were still wet 24 hours later although we had fans running on every surface, which seemed like a very long time. And then we noticed water damage on our wooden banister railing. We did have someone come out to assess these issues on Saturday but have not yet heard back.

We contracted with Zerorez in Gilbert to clean our tile and we could not be more pleased. Matt S was our technician, and his exceptional customer service was outstanding. He was every professional, friendly, and spent a great deal of time on our problem areas. We originally contracted to have a couple rooms sealed however, when the cleaning was completed, we decided against it as some of the grout did not appear to be as clean as we had hoped. Our mistake as after a few more hours of drying, they looked great, so we now regret our last-minute decision not to seal the grout. We highly recommend Zerorez and hope you are lucky enough to get Matt S!
I only had one light stain that I was hoping to get removed, and the tech said he was not able to. The tech was really nice, but he damaged my dresser and not sure if he didn’t notice or just didn’t say anything. I watched him clean and it wasn’t what I expected. He sprayed one layer of ? , then he went over once with the brush adapter and then vacuumed. Took less than 10 min. For each room.

I absolutely love you guys for my carpets and will continue have you out for that service, but I was disappointed in my tile cleaning. The travertine looks dull and feels like it has a film or residue on it, definitely not what I would expect from you guys.
The equipment and products used were amazing and very pet and family friendly! The guys that cleaned my home were respectful and professional. And they worked fast and efficiently.

We had our tile and one room of carpet cleaned on 9/24/22. My invoice was sent to my husband and so I didn't receive it until Monday 9/26/22 and it showed that I could call or text if I was not satisfied with the service and because I answer phones at my job I opted to text. To date (9/29/2022) I have yet to hear back from anyone. I'm very disappointed because we used your services at our old house and we were happy with the results so we expected the same now. The tech kept stating that he was "new" and it showed. He was scheduled to come 4-6 and he did show up at 4 pm however he was slow and kept going in and out and thus he didn't end up leaving our home until past 730 pm. The tile was left spotty and even showed the rotary marks of the tool that he used plus his boot marks and he scraped my base boards. After he left I had to mop and scrub for over an hour and I still have those marks on my tile. Our home was new construction and its under 3 years old. The tech kept referring to "how clean" our tile was and rightly so because its fairly new. Then he proceeded to inform us of how filthy the residents he cleaned previously had been. My worry is that he used the dirty cleaning pads that he had used at the other homes. I'm so upset! I want my tiles redone but I do NOT want that same tech to do it. I need a tech that has experience and knows what good customer service is supposed to be. This whole experience has been the worst!
