You are the best .
There has to be a way to get stairs cleaner. He actually did a better job then last time. Some areas still have dark stains in corners.

I'd like to start by saying that Jordan was sweet and we liked him alot.
The issue I had was that I paid over $2000 for everything and my grout doesn't look any cleaner than before the service was done. It was too hard to tell while he was here because the grout was wet and then it was sealed. The other issue I have is that the sealer left a horrible residue all over my tile which I had just cleaned and mopped the day prior so it left the floor looking trashed. There was blood on my carpet (from my dog) that we paid extra to have cleaned/treated and Jordan said it was hard to remove but he would try. Well it was still there when he left so I got my own carpet cleaner and spent 10 minutes scrubbing the spots myself and now they are no longer visable so I'm not happy I paid extra for that. The only service we were truly happy with was the upholstery cleaning but otherwise I will not recommend Zerorez to anyone and we will not be using the service again. I'm very disappointed with how much we paid and the end result.
Tile turned out great.
The house I just purchased had a pungent dog smell. The tech work hard to get it out in the room where the dog door was. However, in the master bedroom, the places where people walked seemed to still be matted down and crunchy. Now I have to have them come out again so they can redo it and rake it. I do appreciate the 30 day guarantee, but I don't like that now more of my time needs to be taken for this.

The entire process was very organized and customer-oriented, starting with the woman who arranged my appointment--so pleasant and professional. And I want to especially compliment the two technicians who worked on my carpet and floor. The carpets had not been cleaned in many years and were marked with traffic patterns and much cat hair. The grout on the kitchen floor was dark. Caesar and Neggie had to work super hard to restore these surfaces, and go up and down stairs many times. Not only were the guys hard-working but they were very well mannered, pleasant, with good social skills and excellent professional skills. They paid close attention to detail and were glad to collaborate with me on the most effective way to do the best cleaning. I usually do not like having strangers in my house, but they were just outstanding and I really enjoyed meeting them! I've worked with young people for my entire career, and I was very impressed with Caesar and Neggie.
Now for the outcome--my carpets look like NEW! And my tile floor is so light and bright and beautiful, with very light-colored grout--I had no idea! And no odor! I feel like I'm living in a new house and I've already recommended Zerorez to several friends. Thank you all for such a pleasant and professional experience. Compliments to all, and especially to Caesar and Neggie!

I love everything about Zerorez!!! The employee who was sent to do our carpets was amazing! He was very professional and polite. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and what my options were. He was not pushy on trying to add on more. I really appreciated him being able to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend Zerorez.

Fast and quality service
Jessie was very thorough in cleaning our tile, grout and carpet and returned our light grout pretty much to its original shade in front of kitchen and bathroom sinks. He was friendly and went through several procedures to achieve above results. Thank you Jessie and Zerorez!
