Easy to schedule, and Andi was friendly and knowledgeable! The technician was thorough and friendly.
My Carpet is not as clean as it is when Stanley Steamer cleans it you tech was very nice but my bad spots are just not as clean very disappointing!
Technician seemed fairly new and his equipment failed on him so we didn’t get through everything I wanted clean. There was a lot of water that leaked and he did the best he could to get it all mopped up. Very good customer service from my technician.
Here are the reasons I won't use Zerorez again:
- No stain pretreatment included
- Technician(s) don't move furniture
- Making an appointment takes too long
- Prices seem higher than competitors
- No appointments available for advertised promotion
- Some stains were not removed

Justin was so awesome!! I’ve used several companies in the past two years and i definitely will not use another company after using zeroez I live the fact you use your own water and the distance my condo is from the spicket is not an issue! Zerorez Carpet cleaning is exceptional. The technician did a great job. Carpets look and feel like new. No hidden costs, no up sell of additional services at the home.

I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ABLE TO GET SERVICE WITH IN UNDER A WEEK WHEN I CALL. The tec is friendly and polite. The carpet looks great and I have found it stays clean longer than with other systems I've had.

The guys that you have working for you are always nice and very helpful. I had my carpets, tile and shower cleaned and sealed and Colton was fantastic. He walked me through what he was going to do and then got busy. He showed up on time ready to work. He was polite friendly and ensured that I was satisfied with his work before he left

It was quick & my carpets look like new!
The carpet looks terrible. The spots look worse now then they did. I was charge an extra $300 & assured the spots would come out because he was using extra gallons of the clenser & flooding it. He said that the stains would not come back! I would appreciate it if you would send someone who can get the spots out or refund my money.
We had not cleaned the tile with Zerorez in a few years.

The technician was so friendly and professional and made a great service turn into a very pleasant experience. It was clear he really cared about getting our carpets as clean as possible, and he made sure he understood our environment such as pets and usage to help us choose the right options for the perfect clean. He went above and beyond and my carpets are significantly cleaner for it.
We use Zerorez every year and like the service. This is the first time that one of the rooms didn't get as clean as it has in the past, so a little disappointed. It's always hard to tell completely until the carpet is totally dry, so didn't say anything to the tech. The technician was very polite, by the way.
