We had tile cleaned. There are curved endings away from walls where they stopped cleaning. Corners weren’t cleaned

Needed areas of grout cleaned that were along baseboards in hallway that I paid extra for!!! Also grout in bathroom and laundry room that I was able to clean by hand after service. Seems if cleaner machine didn’t get it or could reach it like along baseboards then no effort by hand was used. The $138 3 room special is deceiving since square footage doesn’t seem to count.

Austin did a great job on our floors. He was able to remove pet stains and layers of high-traffic use without a problem. I really appreciated his effort.

My technicians were amazing. They were veré professional and personable. They explained the process to me and kept me informed on what they were doing.

I was not happy with the services in my home. The gentlemen were very kind but the communication was not very good. My carpet and tile were not mediocre. The cleaners should have explained the outcome expectations better.

If I could give Cesar Jimenez a rating of 20, I would. He and his helper were that good. They were super friendly, super knowledgable, super helpful and very very professional. We were very impressed with these men and felt they are great representatives of your company.

P S I am also very impressed with the zerorez product. I could see the magic happen. My carpets dried quickly and feel and look like new! Very good experience all around.

The rep that came in to clean our carpet was kind, happy to be there, and efficient. It was not a daunting process at all and we truly appreciate the reps care for his job.
